This is for a friend of mine. She got divorced last year, in September, I think it was. Her husband has already moved on, found two new girlfriends, and is now proposing to marry the second girlfriend in May. She is a mature woman, with two small children.
Okay - would you tell her that your former husband committed fraud by forging your signature on numerous legal documents, including endowment policies, loans, mortgages and savings accounts. Or should we just leave it up to her common sense?
Would my friend be seen as the avenging scorned former wife, or would she been seen as a member of the concerned sisterhood?
We've having this discussion - I think she should somehow tell the fiancee, my friend feels she wouldn't have listened to the ex, in her circumstances.
This is a genuine case of deception, by the way. He was only kept out of jail by my friend not wanting her children's father to go to jail, and by paying his debts.
S - would you listen and take it on board or not?
You're probably all right - like a lamb to the slaughter ....
Poor woman.
Okay - I'm alone in this. But there are kids involved, who could lose their home, is he hasn't mended his ways?
Who would expect cheating of this kind? NO one would look for it.
